RiskMan is our incident reporting system, capturing, classifying and reporting details of adverse incidents occurring at Endeavour Foundation.
We are committed to promptly reporting and responding to incidents, complaints, concerns, hazards and risks, ensuring we identify and control future risks to people we support, staff and members of the community. Below are some useful definitions to help you navigate RiskMan:

Incident
An ‘incident’ is considered anything out of the usual for that person, or concerning to you as a staff member, that is likely to lead to an undesirable affect for a person with a disability, staff, agency staff or volunteer. That varies from established policies, procedures and practices.
These can include serious incidents as defined in Endeavour Foundation’s Workplace, Health and Safety policies and procedures or behaviours of concern by a person receiving support or supported employees

Compliment
A compliment is where someone wants to politely congratulate or praise someone for something.

Complaint
Is an expression of dissatisfaction made to or about Endeavour Foundation related to its products, services and staff where a response or resolution is explicitly or implicitly expected to assist the parties to move forward or is legally required.

Hazard
A hazard is any source or situation that can cause potential damage, harm or adverse health effects on something or someone.

Risk
In the context of RiskMan, the risk reporting system addresses organisational risk. An organisational risk assessment, is a structured means of identifying, assessing and rating the risks faced by an organisation within the context of its financial reporting process, operations and compliance with laws and regulations.
