Recognition and Reward

Our people are crucial to our success. As we aim to deliver exceptional experiences for the people we support and achieve organisational excellence, it’s essential to appreciate and recognise our people’s outstanding contributions.

Last updated: June 23, 2025

Our #TeamPossible Recognition and Reward program is for all of our people. All employees (permanent, fixed-term and casual), employees we support, and volunteers are eligible to nominate others and to be nominated.

Framework

Recognition is integral to our approach. We recognise and reward our people through both informal and formal initiatives aligned with our Recognition and Reward Framework.

By acknowledging and celebrating success, we aim to drive behaviours linked to:

  • Our Values
  • Our Performance
  • Making Possibilities a Reality

Our recognition framework includes quarterly recognition and rewards for those who excel and model our values of one, passionate, care and imaginative.

Rewards

We value and celebrate the achievements of our employees and volunteers across Service Delivery regions, Support Centre and Community Solutions Group.

Each quarter, nominations for outstanding contributions close on the final day of the month, with successful recipients announced in ‘Your Weekly Update’ at the quarter’s end.

We encourage teams and sites to recognise their nominees and winners in ways that best suit them. Whether through informal gatherings, team meetings or other local celebrations.
