We have partnered with Defence to offer our employees with disability the opportunity to work in mainstream employment at 10 Defence sites throughout Australia.
This partnership is based on shared goals and linked outcomes to revolutionise what people with disability can achieve in the workplace. It goes to the heart of our purpose to make possibilities a reality.

What is DAP?
The Defence Assistance Program (DAP) has been successfully operating since 2014. Through the three-year contract with Defence, we manage DAP providing employment opportunities for more than 100 people with disability at 10 Defence sites across Australia.
The program is a Defence initiative encouraging a capable and diverse workforce drawing from all segments of the Australian community. Under the program, employees perform various tasks at Defence sites.

Our Involvement
Giving our employees sustainable work opportunities and pathways to mainstream employment is always front of mind with us. We believe all Australians, regardless of disability, have a fundamental right to access meaningful employment.
We oversee and deliver the contract nationally; where we don’t have a physical presence, we partner with a local service provider. We are directly responsible for DAP employees working at Defence sites in:
- New South Wales
- Queensland
- Victoria
- Northern Territory
- South Australia
- Australian Capital Territory
We work with a key partner to run day-to-day operations in Western Australia.
