Performance Partnerships is part of our culture that helps strengthen relationships and provides greater understanding of how individual roles contribute to delivering on our Strategic Plan.
Performance Partnership is about growing together, and achieving together.
Through these partnerships, we aim to foster a culture of trust and genuine collaboration, empowering you to thrive in your career.
Performance Partnerships Cycle
Performance Partnerships encourages two-way communication through regular 1-on-1 conversations with your leader. By engaging in regular 1-on-1 conversations we create a supportive environment where you can thrive and reach your full potential.
We use Culture Amp to guide 1-on-1 conversations and deliver the four stages of the Performance Partnerships:
Goal setting: aims to empower you to steer your own growth and progression. Our goal setting approach ensures that goals are aligned with divisional goals that deliver outcomes of our Strategic Plan, demonstrating how your contributions are vital to achieving our collective purpose.
Divisional goals shared by Senior Leaders will provide direction to then create individual delivery goals for regular discussion on progress during your 1-on-1s.
To get started, you can follow these steps:
1. Reflect on your deliverables
Reflect on your deliverables and consider how your role contributes to our purpose, divisional goals and/or enabling plans that deliver outcomes of our Strategic Plan.
2. Familiarise yourself with the different goal types:
Individual delivery goals are task-oriented and directly linked to goals set by your division that delivers outcomes of our Strategic Plan
Individual development goals are aimed at enhancing your professional growth and skills.
