What We Do
The Financial Planning and Performance team responsibilities include:
- Producing consolidated monthly financial reports and cash flow forecasts
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register and reporting capex to budget
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts each month
- Completing statutory returns (BAS, FBT, ABS)
- Updating and maintaining the DAX financial system
- Overseeing audits and preparing statutory financial statements
- Preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial analysis for business cases
- Facilitating external audits and maintaining financial policies
