Our new Youth Disability Support Services focus on services to empower young people with disability as they transition to adulthood.

This service will provide the support young people need to build essential life skills, boost their confidence and strengthen their community connections.

Our Focus

  • Independent living skills: Building practical skills like budgeting, cooking and personal care.

  • Social & Community Engagement: Encouraging social connections through group activities and outings.

  • Health & Wellbeing: Supporting physical and mental wellness with exercise and mindfulness programs.

This marks an important step in our purpose to support people with disability at every stage of life.
