Photo ID Card

• You must carry an Endeavour Foundation-branded identification card that includes your photo.

• Your identification card needs to be visible to people we support, visitors and families/carers during your hours of work. Please wear it with a quick release lanyard for your safety.

• If you don’t yet have your Photo ID Card please go to the staff identification procedure for more information on how to order one.
