We provide specialist services, most of which are delivered to NDIS Participants including Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Specialist Behaviour Support, and Psychology. We Also deliver non-NDIS services such as Vocational Psychology to jobseekers supported through Workforce Australia.
Support Coordinators support NDIS participants to build capacity and make the most of their plan by finding the right providers and building skills and independence to help people achieve their dreams.
Our experienced practitioners are here to support participants reduce challenges within the support environment and connect with the right providers, so they can focus on reaching their goals.
Behaviour support helps people with complex behaviours gain control and independence through skills and positive behaviour strategies that are responsive to their needs and goals.
Experienced in contemporary psychology methods and in disability services, our team is equipped to assist people across many age groups, life situations, and mental health conditions.
