Current vacancies are promoted on the Endeavour Foundation website. You can refer clients/referrers to this page.  Referrers are also email monthly updates on Supported Independent Living (SIL) vacancies. These emails are sent to people on our referrer database. If you have a new contact to add to this database please let your Operations Manager know.

Private Rentals

Endeavour Foundation can provide SIL services in our own properties or a private rental (sometimes referred to internally as a 24/7). We have always offered private rentals however recently there has been a greater focus on private rentals for growth. Why? Because it allows us to be more responsive to new enquiries where a suitable Endeavour Foundation property isn’t available.

New Build Marketing

People who enquire about a My Home My Life home under construction will now also receive the My Home My Life construction updates with exciting news, photos and announcements. This will help to keep people excited during construction months. 

To make sure interested parties receive these updates please keep the Growth team informed of any interested people who should be added to the waitlist.
