What is Project Phoenix?

Project Phoenix is part of our five-year journey in Digital Transformation and Innovation, supporting our Strategic Plan’s goal of having ‘the right technology’.

This project will transform how we use technology across Endeavour Foundation. It will guide us through a strategic roadmap of projects through to 2030, helping us to simplify systems, streamline workflows, and strengthen connections across divisions along the way.

How will it benefit our teams?

• We will develop visual communication tools to help you talk to your teams about the technology you use and how you use it.

• We will identify opportunities to introduce new and emerging technologies to improve your work.

• We will make internal processes better, helping us to be more responsive and effective in the way we work with the people we support.

• We will be more data driven, which will allow us to identify opportunities for improvement based on evidence.

What are your tech needs?

The project will be rolled out in a number of stages, beginning with a series of workshops for each division.

These workshops will work with nominated representatives of each division to understand your technology needs and insights. Our Project Phoenix team will host these workshops and use insights to create a roadmap of initiatives and investments in our technology through to 2030.
