Planning and Governance is the “Plan” function of the Plan-Build-Run model ICT operates under. 

The plan-build-run model starts with the “Plan” phase, where the team gathers requirements and creates a detailed project plan.

In the “Build” phase, systems are designed, developed, and tested, and in the “Run” phase, project owners operate and maintain the system, making sure it runs smoothly and improves over time.

Business Partners

Your ICT Business Partners are your first port-of-call when introducing a new capability or making a major change to an existing service powered by ICT. Partners will work with you to understand processes, pain points and requirements, and will engage with tech experts to help your project.

If you have an idea for a business improvement, seek approval from your leader and request a Requirements on a Page (ROAP) template from your Business Partner to outline project requirements and provide a justification. Email your Business Partner at [email protected] 

Business Analysts

Our Business Analysts play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technological solutions. They are responsible for studying Endeavour Foundations operations, processes, and goals to identify areas where technology can improve efficiency and effectiveness. They drive innovation through: 

  •  Working closely with stakeholders to analyse data and define scope.

  • Translating requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders, including documenting user stories, flowcharts, and business process diagrams to show how systems should function and how they align with organisational objectives. 

  • Collaborating with internal ICT teams and external technology suppliers to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet business requirements.

Project Governance

Our Project Governance team establishes, maintains, and promotes the ICT Project and Change Framework across all ICT initiatives & projects.

Governance and Risk

The Governance and Risk team manages risks to stay within the company’s guidelines, reports key risks, and takes actions to reduce these risks.

They support business continuity by planning and practicing responses to disruptive events, ensuring ICT systems can recover quickly and align with the company’s resilience strategy. They also oversee ICT projects, security, and changes to maintain consistency, transparency, and alignment with strategic goals.

Solution and Data Architects

Our Solution and Data Architects ensure all technology solutions follow established architecture principles. They explain technical ideas to non-technical people in simple terms, checking the quality of ICT designs to make sure they align with our ICT Roadmap and Strategy. They also help come up with new technical ideas and gather requirements for ICT projects to meet privacy, risk, architecture, and security standards.
