
Planning and Governance is the “Build” function of the Plan-Build-Run model ICT operates under.
The plan-build-run model starts with the ICT Planning and Governance team nin the “Plan” phase, where the team gathers requirements and creates a detailed project plan.
In the “Build” phase, the ICT Digital Delivery team executes projects, turning plans into reality, before handing over systems to system owners for the “Run” phase.
We are committed to the seamless and proactive delivery of projects, consistently upholding the highest possible standards of quality.

Who We Are
Our project managers and coordinators collaborate with external vendors to support organisational requirements, while our test analysts craft plans and test software before release.
The ICT Digital Delivery team efficiently manages and coordinates ICT projects of all sizes from inception to completion using expertise of other teams including ICT Security, ICT Operations and ICT Infrastructure and Cloud.

Occasionally, external vendors are brought in to execute specific technical tasks. The range of ICT Digital Delivery projects is diverse including client-facing initiatives like the implementation of the CarelinkGo app, and back-end operations of network upgrades and hardware installations, which are integral to support our daily operations.
