Support Offered
Support is provided from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 7:00pm (AEST) with crisis support, bookings and enquiry services available 24/7. You can access our EAP service for up to four sessions for a range of reasons, including:

What is our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a professional counselling service that offers confidential, short-term support for a variety of work-related and personal problems that may be affecting you at work or at home.
Who can use our EAP services?
All Endeavour Foundation, Community Solutions and BRACE employees and their immediate family members can access the EAP program.
How do I access services?
There are several ways you can connect with a Converge International counsellor:
- Call 1300 687 327 to book a telephone consultation, video conference or face-to-face chat.
- Visit www.convergeinternational.com.au for a Live Chat.
- Download the Converge International smartphone app and click on the appointment icon.

When can I call to arrange an EAP session?
Converge International runs services from 9:00am to 7:00pm AEST Monday to Friday. Some services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including crisis support, enquiries and booking requests.
Who will be providing counselling services?
Converge International are Australia’s longest continuing EAP provider, and care for over two million Australians. They employ a multi-disciplinary team, with psychologists, social workers, specialist counsellors, mental health specialists, career coaches, certified mediators, nutrition coaches and financial coaches providing support. This means you will have access to a diverse range of professionals who can support your needs.
Who can make referrals for counselling services?
Referrals can be made by the individual employee, an immediate family member or a manager. All self-referrals are completely confidential.
Who pays for the counselling service?
The EAP is free to use for up to four sessions. The cost of the EAP service is paid by Endeavour Foundation.
How many sessions can I access?
There is a limit of four sessions per stream (excluding Legal Assist).
Is counselling only available for work-related issues?
No. EAP counselling can be used for any personal or work-related issues or concerns.
What information is sent back to my employer?
Converge International is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. The only information shared with your workplace is aggregated, de-identified data which cannot be used to identify any individual’s information. No personal information is sent to your employer.
