  • The asset register.

Fire Services – Chubb Fire & Security is our new provider

During the first six months of the contract, they’ll also complete a full audit of fire equipment across all sites.

✅ What’s staying the same?

Scheduled Visits

Prior to any scheduled visit, the CBC will confirm the time, date and name of the CBC contractor visiting the site. The contractor and team member will complete the Impact Assessment form together.

All CBC personnel are identifiable and must have this Safety Induction Card on them.

FAQs

How can I log into MEX?

Click here and refer to the MEX user guide under resources

Who can I contact if I am having trouble using the MEX portal?

Please contact Asset Management at [email protected].

When do I use MEX vs Riskman?

All property asset related issues are actioned via MEX, however any risk related issues must still be entered into Riskman, e.g.:

  • If there is a fall due to loose carpet.
  • If someone hits their head on a low hanging branch.
  • If someone experiences a shock from an electrical item.
Who should I contact about assets at my site?

Please contact your regional Asset Manager.

What is an asset register?

The MEX asset register is a list of property assets at each site such as the building, kitchen, oven, fridge, and dishwasher.

Why do you need to collect information about each asset?

Asset information (such as type, serial number, condition, age) is entered into MEX to enable us to estimate when the asset will need to be replaced or refurbished.
