Don’t need your membership over Christmas or New Year? You can suspend your membership for $2.50 a week
Memberships will be ready for use from Friday, 13 December 2024. You will not be charged before this date.

How do I sign up?
Simply click the below link to view and sign up for a Fitness Passport membership. You will need:
- Your bank account details (you won’t be charged until the program is active on Friday, 13 December 2024).
- Your employee number (find this on your payslip in PeopleSoft)
- A photo of yourself (this can be uploaded at a later date if you wish).

What happens now?
Once you sign up, our People and Wellbeing team will confirm to Fitness Passport you work for Endeavour Foundation, Community Solutions or BRACE, and you will have access to your Fitness Passport membership from Friday 13 December 2024.
You will not be charged for your membership until Friday 13 December 2024. Fitness Passport will notify you when your membership is active and ready for use.
Fitness Passport will email you to confirm your membership and provide login details and all the information needed to get you started!

Membership Prices
Prices range from $16 per week for individuals and from $29 per week for families. Some other benefits include:
- Unlimited visits across all fitness facilities in the program
- Individual and family memberships
- Discounted fortnightly direct debit
- Simple hassle-free swipe access on entry
- Full facility access can include gyms, group classes and pools

Fitness Passport has more than 1,600 locations across Australia! Click on the map below and navigate to your state (QLD, NSW or VIC) to view the interactive map of Fitness Passport locations.

Look out for the FP Map Marker!
Anywhere you see the Fitness Passport Map Marker, there is a participating health facility that you can get access to!
Wherever you see a blue, yellow, or red circle, that means there is a cluster of Fitness Passport facilities in that area. Simply click on the circle to zoom in to that area.
