We all play a role in reducing harm and preventing violence, abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
To ensure we maintain a culture of zero tolerance for harm, and everyone feels confident to identify and report concerns, we have rolled out a new 45-minute eLearning module on reporting obligations and an introduction to using RiskMan. All Endeavour Foundation, Community Solutions and BRACE employees will be required to complete this module each year.

Important Changes
For support workers and leaders, this training will replace the 90-minute RiskMan webinar you attended during onboarding and will be a yearly requirement.
For all enabling functions employees, this module will be a new yearly requirement for you to ensure everyone, no matter their role, upholds a culture of safety and knows how to report issues and concerns.

What to Expect
On Monday 14 October, all employees who have not attended a 90-minute RiskMan webinar in the past 12 months will have received an automated email from Engage to complete the new training.
If you have attended the onboarding RiskMan webinar in the past 12 months, you will not receive this email. You will receive an email to complete your annual refresher 12 months from the date you attended your onboarding webinar.

Why are we doing this?
Reporting concerns helps to protect the people we support and each other. As part of our five-year strategic plan, we want to create a culture where everyone feels respected, safe, and confident to report when they need to, ensuring all people we support feel safe every time they access our services.
