Building Connections with families, carers and people we support

Did you know that we send a monthly newsletter called Connections?

📢 Connections is a monthly newsletter to families and carers, providing Endeavour Foundation updates, industry news and stories about people in our services who have made their possibilities a reality.

We also create an Easy Read version for people we support.

💜 To nurture strong relationships, quality of service and two-way communication, we have asked families, carers and people we support to complete a Connections Satisfaction Survey by 27 February 2024.

📝 This survey will help us understand what they like about the newsletter and ways we can improve. We will use their feedback to shape how future editions will look.

Families and carers may have questions and people may need support completing the survey 😊.

• Download some Talking Points to help you answer any questions that come your way and to promote the survey at your next team catchup.
• You can also download an A4 poster with the survey links and QR codes at your site to encourage people we support and their families and carers to complete the survey.
