FAQs
What is Team Connect?
Team Connect is for you to connect with the leadership team and discuss topics and issues. The leadership team will also be able to share updates and progress on the broader vision and operational goals.
When is it happening?
Team Connect happens twice a year in March and September.
Is it compulsory to attend Team Connect?
No, but you are strongly encouraged to attend one of the sessions, if you can.
As a frontline worker, will I get paid if I need to attend outside my rostered hours?
We encourage you to attend one of the sessions. We have scheduled sessions at different times, so you can hopefully find one that works for you. If you attend outside your rostered hours or if the session runs past your shift, you will be paid for the time in agreement with your leader.
How do I record attendance on my timesheet if I attend outside rostered hours?
In agreement with your leader, you can record your attendance at Team Connect using the code Frontline Team Connect – FLC on your timesheet.
For specific payroll questions, please raise a ticket at the #TeamPossible Support Hub, and People and Wellbeing will assist you.
What if I cannot attend any session?
You are strongly encouraged to attend one of the sessions available. However, we understand you may have competing priorities.
If you are unable to attend the session you registered for, you can register to attend a later session. If it appears you have not been able to attend any session a recording of a session will be emailed to you to watch at a later date.
How can I register for a session?
Choose one session time from the options below, click on the link to complete the quick registration.
Team Connect #3: Wednesday 9 April | 11:30am – 12:30pm
Team Connect #4: Thursday 10 April | 2:30pm – 3:30pm
Once you register you will receive an Outlook Calendar event via email. Please accept the calendar event to save the session and meeting link to your Outlook and Teams Calendar.
How do I join or attend the session that I registered for?
On the day and time of your session click on the ‘Join Event’ meeting link in the Calendar event for your Team Connect session.
Do I need to register for Team Connect if I am watching it with a group at my site?
Yes, all employees attending Team Connect need to register for a session to receive important updates and other communication about Team Connect.
Who is invited to attend Team Connect?
All employees are invited.
Who is hosting Team Connect?
CEO, David Swain and the leadership team, including relevant subject matter experts, will host Team Connect.
How long is each session?
Each session goes for one hour.
How will each session run?
David Swain and the leadership team will provide key updates about our vision, operational goals and key topics that have been raised. They will then open the floor for questions and answers.
You are welcome to submit questions in the Webinar Q&A side-bar throughout the session. The leadership team will try to answer as many as they can, time allowing, and any unanswered questions will be distributed after all Team Connect sessions are held via a Q&A document.
