Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning manages and executes Endeavour Foundation's long-term strategy, and leads the yearly action planning across the organisation. In this section you can access our Strategic Plan, Enabling Plan and our Annual Action Plan, as well as tools and resources to support you to think and act strategically.

Risk and Assurance

The Risk team are here to help you identify risk and develop management strategies to support the organisations strategic objectives, while our Audit team provides audit services to ensure Endeavour Foundation operates as intended. We can train you in the art of risk assessment, conduct workshops and provide advice related to risk and assurance activities.

Privacy and Archives

The Privacy Team ensures the organisation complies with privacy laws, regulations and guidelines, and protects the personal information we hold. Speak to the team if you are unsure how to record, store or share information, or need information approved for disclosure. We can also provide advice on what and how archival records should be stored, and help you find information held in our archives.
DMS

Document Management System

Our Document Management System (DMS) is where you can find our policies, procedures, forms and other controlled documents. The Quality team is responsible for maintaining the DMS, from quality checking documents, right through to upload. If you need a new document or EasyRead created, uploaded, checked, or have any feedback on the DMS, the Quality team are here to help!

Insurance

Our insurance program is a key part of Endeavour Foundation's overall risk management strategy. The program can include procuring and managing insurance premiums, claims management, cost control, compliance and reporting, crisis management support, site inspections and assessing policy risk.
