Workplace Safety & Wellbeing

Endeavour Foundation maintains a commitment to fostering a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment for our people. Our upcoming FY25-FY27 safety and wellbeing strategy aims to proactively address health and safety challenges, reduce workplace risks, streamline our current systems, and support the psychological wellbeing of our people, which has an additional positive impact on the people we support.

We have a simple and easy to remember definition for how we define the term ‘Workplace Safety’, which is “proactively reducing the risk of harm”.

We also have an equally simple definition for ‘Workplace Wellbeing’, which is “creating psychologically safe workplaces”.

Our overall goal is to embed a proactive culture of workplace safety and wellbeing, to enhance employee satisfaction, optimise operational efficiency, provide a safe environment for our clients and people we support, with an overall compliance to relevant health and safety regulations.

To help achieve our WHS strategy and objectives, Endeavour Foundation provides resources for our people to meet our WHS needs, including training, safety equipment, systems, maintenance, and a dedicated WHS team, all aimed at achieving our safety and wellbeing objectives.

If you need any general support at all and don’t know who to contact, you can reach out to the WHS Advisor Team directly via email – [email protected]
