Employee Engagement Surveys

Our Employee Engagement Surveys seek to understand your experience at Endeavour Foundation Group and your connection and commitment to make possibilities a reality. We want you to feel proud, motivated and connected so we can achieve more together. Our surveys provide the opportunity to hear from you, and better understand what we are doing well, and the areas we all need to focus on and improve.

How we conduct our surveys

Our surveys are administered through Culture Amp, a third-party provider that aggregates feedback to maintain your anonymity and produce statistically validated insights on Engagement. We are passionate about creating great experiences for our people and value your feedback on what is driving and impacting your engagement.

We seek regular feedback through a Full Engagement Survey and a Pulse Survey (approximately 25 questions) to measure our progress.
