
Migration and Integration
As we continue to work toward our 2025 strategic plan, we want to inform you of some positive developments within Endeavour Foundation and Community Solutions.
Aligned to our focus on becoming a more streamlined organisation, Community Solutions has been undergoing a redesign where we continue to explore opportunities for consolidation and integration. This includes migrating Community Solutions’ corporate and enabling functions across to Endeavour Foundation.

Team Structures
Throughout October, Community Solutions Marketing, NDIS support, Property, Quality, Audit, and Fleet functions and team members transitioned over to Endeavour Foundation. These changes will assist in providing a more efficient structure as well as increased support for our valued team members and customers.
This decision follows the very successful business partner model already in place for Finance, People and Culture, Talent Acquisition, ICT and Workplace Health and Safety teams. It is an exciting progression for Endeavour Foundation and Community Solutions Group, one which will provide our corporate and enabling team members access to more resources and support.
We want to officially welcome our new team members to Endeavour Foundation – there’s no doubt that these transitions will set the business up for ongoing success.
