We’ve completed a review of our Fire Services contract, and after a comprehensive tender process, Chubb Fire & Security has been awarded the new centralised fire services contract for all Endeavour Foundation and Community Solutions sites.
🛠️ What’s changing?
- From 1 May 2025, Chubb is now responsible for all Fire Services scheduled and corrective fire maintenance, including vehicle fire extinguishers where needed.
- During the first six months of the contract, they’ll also complete a full audit of fire equipment across all sites.
✅ What’s staying the same?
- No change to how you report issues.
- You might notice different fire technicians on site.
- Please continue to report fire-related issues via MEX, and for urgent (P1/P2) jobs, use the Asset Management Team/CBC Help Desk.
