Gladstone and Ayr L&L teams have kicked off a PenPal program for people we support, strengthening connections across our services, and it’s already proving to be a huge hit!
Led by Site Manager, Katie Cantlay and the dedicated Gladstone and Ayr L&L teams, the program encourages people to write and send letters to other sites, promoting literacy and building friendships. Each fortnight, they pick a new site to write to, with everyone eagerly waiting to receive responses in return.

The initiative is entirely participant driven and has been so well received that it’s sparking excitement and stronger relationships across the board.
