You may have heard that we recently opened a new L&L in Penrith, NSW, and this is just one step in our expansion of services in NSW and Victoria.
Our Local Area Marketing team (affectionately known as LAMS 🐑 – awwww) have used this opportunity to scope out some new talent, and share their ‘Best Days Ever’ in the community. They put the call out for talent and it would appear that there is no shortage of enthusiastic people in the southern states. Through this process, Cecil and Wendy were chosen. LAM Marketing Advisor, Carlin Gibbs said:
Once the call went out for talent, and father / daughter duo, Cecil and Wendy, put their hands up and were super willing to help out.

Cecil and Wendy are no strangers to the spotlight, after taking to the radio waves earlier in the year on Hope Radio 103.2 earlier on in the year. But this is the first time they’ve seen their faces super sized!!
With Cecil working at our Seven Hills site since 1999 and Wendy following in her Dad’s footsteps, having worked there for the last 7 years, these two were the perfect pick for these beautiful bus shelter and billboard.
Carlin and Employment Coach, Belinda McAlpine went with Cecil, Wendy and Cecil’s wife (Wendy’s Mum), Deborah, to check out the masterpieces and were so excited to see it. Being a man of few words, Cecil thought that it was ‘pretty cool’ while Deborah shared:
I feel so proud to see them recognised as brand heroes.
We are really proud of them too Deborah. It’s a joy to see how much our people shine with the support of #TeamPossible!
