We regularly ask you to tell us honestly about how you feel as an employee at Endeavour Foundation through the Employee Engagement Survey.
This survey is the best way for you to have your say and for Endeavour Foundation to measure engagement and identify areas for improvement. For many of us, our level of engagement is influenced by how deeply we feel supported, heard, and recognised by our team, managers and leaders.
Your feedback gives us insights into what you think we are doing well and the opportunities for us to do better.
Your P&C business partner will have met with you to discuss the survey results of your immediate team and will be developing actions in response to feedback. Senior leaders are also developing plans at a divisional level, which we’ll report back on soon.
But for now, let’s look at the actions we’re taking across Endeavour Foundation from your collective feedback. These are the areas you said needed the biggest focus.
If you have questions about the Employee Engagement Survey, please contact your People and Culture Business Partner.
