Recently #teampossible made our long-term customer Bettina (Tina) Kerney’s dream of visiting Sea World a reality!
The idea of a trip to Sea World had felt like a big obstacle for Tina to overcome, but our #teampossible superstars at McKean Street made it happen!
By applying person-centred tools, strategies and constant communication, and involving Tina throughout the process, the team ensured she was able to have a fabulous day!
Tina was lucky enough to see the sharks and dolphins, go on some unknowing, scary rides, purchase souvenirs and an even indulge in an obligatory ice cream!
Visiting Sea World may seem an easy task for some, however for Tina it was a challenge that could only be overcome with the support of #teampossible.
A special shout out to our McKean St staff including Philomina, Cheryl and Ruci for collaboratively working together on making Tina’s dreams come true – they were almost as excited as she was! The entire day was a success and was full of laughs and smiles for everyone involved.
