We are excited to announce the 2025 Client Advisory Group is up and running.
The members of the group represent people we support across Work, Home and Community.
A big thank you to; Jenny Atkinson, Nicholas Brealey, Chloe Hosa and Andrew Bowden as Chair, for their time and thoughts as members of the Client Advisory Group in 2025.
The work of the Client Advisory Group
The Client Advisory Group meets four times a year and provides valuable feedback and guidance on our services, policies, procedures and other initiatives that affect people we support.
Items discussed so far at Client Advisory Group meetings are:
- Names of Endeavour Foundation services
- Including people in the recruitment of people who support them
Items raised by members include:
- Accommodation options for people we support
- Timesheets
- Filing systems
- Increasing electronics in workplace
By bringing together a representative group of people with a lived experience of disability we hope to elevate the voice of people with disability. We want to ensure our services are relevant, effective and responsive to people’s needs, preferences and concerns, so people we support feel they have greater choice in how they live their lives.
Joining the Client Advisory Group
We are looking to expand representation through membership with support of existing Client Advisory Group members.
