Teamwork Rocks at the Airlie Beach Festival of Music

Jenny, who is a housemate at Cannonvale, along with Robbie and Donnie who attend the Cannonvale L&L, recently worked (and danced the day away) with the local team at the Airlie Beach Festival of Music.

This year, our Local Area Marketing teams, worked hard to secure a partnerships with the Airlie Beach Festival of Music, a significant event in the social calendar in North Queensland. Karen Day, Brand Lead, said,

“Engaging with the community in such a vibrant, fun atmosphere allowed us to make meaningful connections and truly represent our values. We can’t wait to do it all over again next year!”

The team set up a Hydration Station, to ensure that everyone was well hydrated, but the main aim of the weekend was to promote music that is accessible for all!

Jenny, Robbie, Donnie welcomed thousands of attendees through the gates and really took pride in their involvement on the day. Jenny was responsible for handing out wristbands and all three became mini celebrities by the end of the weekend, as they made lots of new friends and got out into the community with confidence.

The Airlie Beach Festival of Music team were really impressed and commented on social media,

“Team NDVR nailed their roles this weekend!! Thanks for all the hard work team!”.

This event connected really well with the work that we have been doing around Accessible Tourism in the Whitsundays.
