All payroll adjustments for prior periods, cash out of leave and incentive/bonus payments are to be submitted to payroll by 5pm on Wednesday 27 September to allow time for processing.

All employee changes (i.e. reporting changes, higher duties, secondments, position changes, DAX changes) are to be processed as per usual. Please ensure all changes are submitted as early as possible to allow time for processing.

*It’s important to note, delegations need to be in place 24 hours prior to employees submitting timesheets/leave requests to ensure approvals flow through to the correct person. Therefore, delegations are to be set up and in place by COB on Monday 25 September.

Please note, payroll will not have time to do additional follow up for non-approved timesheets due to a shorter processing time.
