We’ve partnered with the University of Technology (QUT) to deliver a Senior Leader Development Program aimed at helping our leaders discover and build on their leadership potential.
The professional development program focuses on fostering self-awareness to:
- develop leadership skills
- enhance communication abilities
- contribute to creating a performance culture at Endeavour Foundation.
Each of the four modules, or masterclasses, are led by an expert QUT facilitator. On completion, participants can put the skills they’ve learned in the Senior Leader Development Program towards completing QUT’s Graduate Certificate in Business qualification.
The Senior Leader Development Program is just one of many leadership programs we deliver in collaboration with industry partners.

FAQs
The Senior Leadership Development Program is professional development providing a flexible pathway for motivated leaders and aspiring senior leaders to take their careers to the next level.
The program is by invitation only. The first cohort are senior leaders. This cohort has been broken into two groups – Group 1 was sent a launch invite for late February; Group 2’s calendar invite to this event was recently removed. A launch invitation will be reissued once dates are confirmed.
Industry experts from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) who specialise in translating business theory into practical learning solutions will facilitate the workshops. All masterclasses will be held in person.
Participation in the program provides RPL towards two optional credential units. Leaders can opt to complete the units, Leading Self and Others and Strategic Innovation, by undertaking additional on-line learning and submitting an assessment at a reduced cost of $1887 per unit.
These units provide a pathway to a Graduate Certificate in Business, an MBA or Executive MBA. Leaders are able to access 15 hours of study leave per annum to study a qualification.
- Sharpen and enhance your effectiveness as a leader through exposure to practical, usable tools and models.
- Build a network of your peers and collaborate to solve critical problems for Endeavour Foundation.
- Update your knowledge of contemporary leadership practices through course content leveraged from QUT’s globally ranked MBA program.
Our Engagement Survey data tells us that one of the top three reasons people stay at Endeavour Foundation is the level of confidence they have in senior leaders. This lack of confidence is also one of the top three factors impacting why someone would consider leaving the organisation.
No. Participation in the program is voluntary; however, we do encourage all Endeavour Foundation leaders to complete it.
Due to the significant investment being made in a high quality leadership provider, we encourage you to plan in advance and arrange a delegate who can cover operational issues on the scheduled workshop days. Any leaders from the first cohort who are absent due to illness or emergencies have the opportunity to attend a make-up session later in the year.
Beyond the four workshop days and four 90-minute coaching circles spread over the year, we anticipate you might spend on average two-to-three hours each fortnight working with your project team or reading materials related to the program.
