R U OK? – A simple question that goes a long way

How to talk about RUOK

Today, 8 September is R U OK? Day – a reminder to stay connected and make asking R U OK? a part of our everyday.

You don’t need to be an expert to ask someone, “R U OK?”.

Listening and giving someone your time might be just what they need to help them through a tough period.

It could even change their life.

4-in-10 Australians feel asking someone “R U OK?” is a conversation better had with an expert.

R U OK?

But, you don’t need qualifications to have an R U OK? conversation.

The work of health professionals is vital, and their value cannot be underestimated, however we can all play a role in supporting each other.
