A round of applause is in order for the latest recipients of Community Solutions’ #TeamPossible Recognition and Reward program for apprentices and trainees 👏.
Before we reveal the winners, a special shoutout goes to all the July to September nominees. Your efforts and invaluable contributions have not gone unnoticed.
Adric Gorman – Apprentice of the Quarter (North Queensland)
Let’s kick off the celebration with Adric Gorman, who has been named Apprentice of the Quarter for North Queensland. Adric’s exceptional performance not only met, but surpassed expectations, earning him this well-deserved recognition.
Nominated by his host employer at Cassowary Coast Regional Council, Adric’s dedication and achievements have been nothing short of remarkable. His employer commended him, saying, “In the last 2 months, I have been really, really happy with Adric’s performance. He has stepped up and is showing good signs of tradesman qualities.”

Luke Steele – Apprentice of the Quarter (South Queensland)

Moving on to South Queensland, we congratulate Luke Steele, who has been named the Apprentice of the Quarter. Luke’s dedication and outstanding contributions to his host employer, Pacific Crown Helicopters, has consistently exceeded expectations. With an impressive 40 years of experience, Luke’s supervisor says, “Luke is the best apprentice I have ever had!”
Jordan ‘Kenny’ Divito – Trainee of the Quarter (North Queensland)
Our Trainee of the Quarter for North Queensland is none other than Jordan ‘Kenny’ Divito.
From the moment he stepped aboard Sea Charlie, Jordan has embraced every task with enthusiasm, earning himself the affectionate nickname ‘Kenny’ along the way.
Jordan has proven to be a morale booster for the entire crew. Whether covered in mud with a double thumbs up and a grin or making light of challenging situations, he consistently demonstrates a positive and uplifting spirit.


Andrew Paterson – Trainee of the Quarter (South Queensland)
In South Queensland, we celebrate Andrew Paterson, the Trainee of the Quarter who works at Community Solutions Gladstone.
Nominated for being a standout performer, Andrew’s proactive approach and innovative ideas have significantly enhanced workflow and customer satisfaction.

Recognising the crucial role of host employers, we extend our congratulations to the Host Employers of the Quarter for their outstanding effort in mentoring and supporting our apprentices and trainees.

Oly Homes has been named the Host Employer of the Quarter for their commitment to providing apprentices with valuable opportunities, particularly taking on apprentices that have been handed back on numerous occasions and providing them with an ongoing placement to continue their journey.
