If you want to achieve this level of satisfaction for a job well done, we know how you can do it.

You have one more week to complete the Communication Channel Survey and have your say on how you would like us to communicate with you. If you’ve already completed it, THANK YOU, if not – and you need some gentle persuading, we have three (3) great reasons why you should:

Its no secret that I really do enjoy the news letter.

The stories about those we support, the upcoming events and where the business is going. Its great to be kept in the loop.

I just wanted to say how much I love, love, love the newsletters. Seeing the achievements of the people we work with and being able to celebrate those successes is what it’s all about. Always puts a smile on my face and gives me that extra bit of motivation. There is so much great stuff happening within our organisation and we wouldn’t know about it if it wasn’t for your great work in bringing us these stories. The ACE team is ace 😉

Communication methods

Fact: Over 80% of people working in Service Delivery said that the email newsletters are their favourite way to receive communication.

Action: We are committed to updating the look and feel of the newsletter every 6 months to be sure to keep the newsletter interesting and engaging for our people


Favourite topics

Fact: People stories were rated as the most enjoyed topic over both the Your Weekly Update and #TeamPossible newsletters.

Action: We have worked with Marketing to create a process for better sharing of stories so don’t miss any opportunities to share those feel good moments.


Story submissions

Fact: Over Service Delivery and Enabling Functions, people were mostly aware of how they can submit stories, but we know you can’t have too much of a good thing, so wanted to focus on those who didn’t know how to submit a story.

Action: We have updated the story submission forms for Marketing and Comms to all come to one central place. We are sharing the story submission forms more on the intranet, and in newsletters, to educate and make it easy for you to reach us.

And that is just the beginning ➡️
