Offboarding Moves Online!

From 14 June 2021, our employee offboarding process will move to an online format via PeopleSoft, replacing our current manual process.

The introduction of an easy to navigate online process for employees and leaders, will mean less chance of error or delay in actioning your requests.

We want you to have a great experience when you start at Endeavour Foundation and when you leave us to pursue other opportunities. This change will help to streamline the flow of information to ensure an easy, timely and efficient offboarding experience for everyone involved.

What is changing?

  • You can now submit a resignation or retirement request for your Leader’s approval via employee self-service in PeopleSoft

  • Employment Coaches can now submit exits on behalf of Supported Employees for Leader approval

  • The paper exit form is being replaced by a tailored online offboarding survey, with key tasks for both leaders and employees to complete before their last day.

How to advise of your intention to leave?

After you’ve had a chat with your Leader (so they know to look out for your resignation approval and don’t get a nasty surprise!) you can either:

  • submit your resignation via Employee Self Service in PeopleSoft; or

  • provide a resignation letter (in writing via email or paper) to your Leader, who will lodge the exit in PeopleSoft and trigger the process.

Need more information?

There’s an Employee Guide to help navigate the process. This is also available on the intranet under me@endeavour.
