The dedicated 24/7 Asset Management Help Desk contact number is being updated. Our national asset management contractor, CBC Group, has informed us that our new 24/7 Help Desk number is 1300 041 222, as part of their service upgrade.
Please be aware that starting from May 10, 2024, the existing number will no longer be supported.
Make sure to take note of the new contact number and begin using it immediately.
The CBC General help desk number (1300 222 322) will remain unchanged.
