Endeavour Foundation has initiated negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement, with the aim of better balancing the demands of our modern workplace with the interests of people we support.
If you are impacted by the new enterprise agreement you will have been contacted by now.
Our present Endeavour Foundation Union Collective Agreement (EFUCA) nominally expired in 2011. Our goal is to introduce an agreement that better reflects the disability sector post-NDIS rollout, the needs of our employees and the financial sustainability of the organisation.
Watch Eric Teed’s video via Youtube below – he’ll explain what’s happening!
For more information For the latest information visit the Endeavour Foundation Enterprise Agreement intranet page here or email enquiries to [email protected] or call the employee hotline on (07) 3155 5560 and the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Current EFUCA conditions apply until the new agreement is approved and implemented. In the meantime, it’s business as usual and important that our collective focus remains on doing the fantastic work each of us does for the people we support.
