Nominations for the National Disability Awards are now open!
The awards are held by our industry peak body the National Disability Services (NDS). In 2023, our Spinos St Cairns Team received a Highly Commended in the extremely competitive Excellence in Disability Support Work category, well done team!
Do you know an outstanding team, initiative or employee who has gone above and beyond? Let the Communications and Engagement team know by filling out an Industry and Corporate Awards brief by Friday 3 August 2024.
This nomination will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. All nominations require evidence of outstanding achievement, so make sure you set aside some time to complete and submit your nomination in full!
Tips for your brief:
- Ensure your nominee has gone above and beyond what is required in their role or field. What sets them apart?
- Provide results or evidence of this, including data or anecdotal evidence
- Focus on the impact this person / project had on people we support. They are the heart of everything we do!
- Dot points are your friend! Use them to provide short, sharp information.
- Avoid jargon or acronyms.
