
What are Leader Education Sessions?
Each month, these virtual sessions will cover a new topic relating to people-leadership. The sessions will be focussed on key areas that support leaders in doing their jobs every day.
Who will benefit from the Leader Education Sessions?
If you are a people-leader (that is, you have one or more people reporting to you) will gain the most from these sessions.
If you are not a people-leader yet but wish to participate in certain sessions as part of your professional development at Endeavour Foundation, we encourage you to do this! Places in the monthly sessions are limited, so email [email protected] if you are not a people-leader but are interested in completing a course.

How to participate
You can enrol in your Leader Education Sessions through Engage, our online learning platform. Regular reminders will be rolled out via the Endeavour Update and intranet homepage to announce the upcoming session topic and remind leaders to enrol.

Our Leader Education Sessions are just step one in our soon-to-be-launched Leadership Development Framework. This framework will be rolled out to the business in the coming months, providing a holistic approach to leadership development and foster a culture of continuous improvement among our leaders.
