It’s National Volunteers Week, and we want to say a big THANK YOU to our amazing volunteers. Your dedication makes so much of what we do possible!
The theme for 2024 is Something for Everyone, reminding us there are countless ways to get involved and make a difference. Lola, a nine-year volunteer veteran at our Mother’s Day Flower Harvest event, says it’s the community spirit that keeps her going.
“I just love volunteering and giving back to the community,” she said. “Someone said to me, ‘volunteer at Endeavour Foundation, they’re always looking for volunteers,’ and that’s how I ended up here. I’ve been coming back ever since!”

Lola, Endeavour Foundation volunteer for nine years
Volunteers are the backbone of so many Endeavour Foundation events and initiatives. Lola’s story is just one example of the many ways our make possibilities a reality for people we support. From our advisory groups and event and fundraising volunteers, to people we support and their families and carers, each volunteer plays a crucial role.
To all our volunteers, thank you! Your dedication and hard work are truly appreciated. Whether you are on our Great Endeavour Rally, wrapping gifts, harvesting flowers, or offering your expertise, you are making a huge impact.
