We’re always excited to share a success story that showcases the power of collaboration across teams and the incredible opportunities that come from investing in internal talent.
Nicole Good, a former Community Solutions trainee, is a shining example of what can be achieved when we work together. Nicole has not only completed her Certificate III in Individual Support at Maryborough social enterprise but has also secured a full-time permanent role as an Employment Coach with us!
Nicole’s journey is a testament to the support and teamwork across our organisation!

What a full circle
From her initial placement by Workforce Australia Employment Consultant David Foxell, to mentoring from Field Officer Teneal Kirby, and on-the-job training from Jessica Dullaway and Scott Reed at Maryborough social enterprise, this collaboration has allowed Nicole to grow, develop her skills and find her permanent place in the Endeavour Foundation family.

Nicole’s story highlights the fantastic results that can happen when teams come together to find, train, and ultimately employ our internal trainees.
It’s not just Nicole who has benefited—this partnership strengthens our workforce and builds a culture of development and opportunity within our organisation.
