*IMPORTANT REMINDER* Changes to payroll deadlines for Easter

Important information for the fortnight ending Friday, March 29

Employee Timesheets submissions and Manager approval cut-off is 2 days EARLIER than normal due to the Easter public holidays.

Here are the important dates to remember:

  • Employee timesheet and leave submissions – due by 5pm Wednesday, March 27.
  • Manager approvals – due by 12 Noon (Midday) Thursday, March 28.
  • PeopleSoft will be locked at 12 Noon (Midday) Thursday March 28. Employees and Managers will not be able to make changes after this time.

There will be NO OFF-CYCLE payments processed on Friday March 29 due to the Public Holiday on this day.

Other #TeamPossible Support Hub processing deadlines:

  • By Wednesday, March 20 – all employee changes (i.e. reporting changes, higher duties, secondments, position changes, DAX changes, internal transfers, cash out of leave) are to be processed as per normal. Please ensure all changes are submitted as early as possible to allow time for processing.
  • By Friday, March 22 – all new hires to be submitted via MRP and Terminations submitted via Manager Self Service.

By Friday, March 22 – all payroll adjustments for prior periods, incentive/bonus payments and delegations need to be submitted to payroll to allow time for processing.

*Delegations need to be in place 24 hours prior to employees submitting timesheets/leave requests to ensure approvals flow through to the correct person. Delegations can be set up in advance as they are only active once the start date is reached.
