Last Thursday Kassidy’s dream of a ball for all came true when she hosted the ✨ Imagine What’s Possible Ball ✨
The night was a roaring success with the only complaint being that it didn’t last longer! And Kassidy’s face says it all.
Kassidy wanted “everyone with a disability join me to dance in a big magical place”, and it was truly a magical evening, with our Marketing team doing an incredible job in making her dream come true.
Kassidy was escorted in by some of the Brisbane Broncos, who later gave away some signed footies to some very lucky guests!
Guests were greeted by the talented dancers from Velvet Rope Entertainment and mesmerised by magic tricks by local magician, Jason Grey as dinner was served. Jane and Stuart were our fantastic MCs for the night, doing a wonderful job keeping everyone engaged and entertained. Guests listened to Kassidy’s favourite playlist, while inclusive dance company, Bring a Plate, got the dance floor humming.
What a fantastic way to bring our communities together to share in Kassidy’s dream!

My partner and family accompanied my very dear VI and II friends to the event. Their parents wanted them to experience a ball and enjoy it with friends rather than being accompanied by their parents. We all had such a special time. We all commented that we hope it becomes an annual event and when we have shared our stories from the night with other family and friends, they said they would love to come if it is held again. Congratulations to everyone involved.
