Help! Don’t let ICT name the new AI chatbot

Big news: ICT will soon be launching a brand-new AI chatbot in Microsoft Teams, which will be like your 24/7 digital ICT helper. It will do lots of handy things like help you reset a password, check a ticket and troubleshoot a glitch. And if it can’t solve your issue, it will connect you to a real life ICT Helpdesk team member during work hours (yes, humans are still involved).

But first… we need a name

Left to our own devices, we would probably name it something like “Virtual Help Interface 2.0”. We can’t let that happen! This is where you come in.

📅 Submit your idea by Monday 31 March

Submit your ideas now (before we call it something like “AutoSupport.exe.”).

We need a name that’s fun, clever, and maybe even a little techy. If your site wants to get people we support involved, we’d love that too! Gather ideas as a team and submit your best ones.

The winning name will be chosen by Head of ICT, Garry Grill, in April, and the person (or team) behind it will get forever workplace bragging rights.

Stay tuned!

More updates coming soon, including training sessions and the big name reveal.
