Ethan Druce has proven that hard work and passion pay off! Since joining Community Solutions as an apprentice with Hall Contracting in May 2022, Ethan has tackled the rigorous Certificate III in Civil Construction Pipelaying with determination and a smile.
Bringing energy and humour to his crew every day, Ethan mastered the 26 units through Orbus 3 Registered Training Organisation, earning high praise from his supervisors.
