As part of our commitment to inclusion and wellbeing initiatives, we are conducting a confidential employee census to better understand the makeup of our workforce. The Census will close on Sunday 26 February and we encourage all employees to help us create a more inclusive workplace!
Five things you need to know about the census:
- It’s a 14-question, five-minute survey. Please use Google Chrome and not Internet Explorer to open the Census.
- You received an email on Monday 13 February with your unique link to the census via CultureAmp. This email contains Your Kiosk Code.
- You will be asked demographic questions and questions about our employee benefits.
- Your answers will be treated as confidential and in accordance with our privacy policy.
- You don’t have to answer every question and can select “Prefer not to say” for any questions you do not want to answer.
