REMINDER | Easter 2025 🐰 Important info about your pay

The Easter 2025 public holidays are:

• Friday 18 April – Good Friday
• Saturday 19 April – Day following Good Friday
• Sunday 20 April – Easter Sunday
• Monday 21 April – Easter Monday

We wish you all a very happy and safe Easter period!

We’re pleased to confirm that the upcoming Easter Public Holidays will not affect payroll processing for all employees including Community Solutions and BRACE (fortnight ending 11 April 2025). All payments will be finalised by Thursday 17 April 2025 as scheduled.

Important updates

• No off-cycle payments will be processed on Good Friday 18 April 2025.
• Next off cycle payments will be processed on Wednesday 23 April 2025 due to Anzac Day on Friday 25 April 2025.

What you need to do

To make sure you are paid on time please:

• Employees: Ensure your timesheet is fully submitted (not left in ‘Saved’ mode).
• Managers: Approve all timesheets by 5pm, Monday 14 April 2025.
  • It’s also important to make sure that employees work schedules are up to date in PeopleSoft so that employees can be paid correctly.

Tips 💡

If the symbol is a ‘disk’ then it means, it’s still in ‘Saved’ state and hasn’t been fully submitted. You need to click on the ‘Submit’ button for it to go through to your manager for approval. It’s important to note that if you don’t go back in and submit the timesheet, your manager won’t be able to see that your timesheet is in saved state and it won’t flow through to payroll to be paid.

When your timesheet has been fully submitted, the symbol will change to a ‘Cog’ or ‘Wheel’ which indicates it’s sitting with your manager for approval.  Please contact your manager if you see it’s still has this symbol on Monday to check/prompt them to approve.

Once approved, the symbol will change to a ‘Tick’ which indicates the timesheet has been fully completed and approved and data will flow through to payroll for payment.
