Converge International – our new Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

We have changed our employee assistance program (EAP) from Benestar to Converge International, effective 1 July 2024.

Creating a safe work environment for everyone is a core part of our strategy. Workplace safety and wellbeing is where you are physically and mentally safe and can do your best work. To support this, our EAP will now also be managed by the Workplace Health and Safety Team.

Why have we changed?

The decision to change to Converge International was made after receiving staff feedback and a careful review of EAP services available.

We believe these changes will improve the benefits and resources available to you.

About Converge International

Supporting You with the Transition

We understand that transitions can be difficult, and we are here to support you every step of the way. If you are currently receiving services through Benestar, you can continue your sessions until 30 August 2024. After that, Benestar will discuss your options and transition your support to Converge International if necessary.

From 1 July 2024 all employees and their immediate family can make an appointment to speak with a Converge International counsellor by calling 1300 OUR EAP (1300 687 327), or by visiting convergeinternational.com.au to book an appointment online or access their Live Chat service.

Any new contact with Benestar after 30 June 2024 will be redirected to Converge International for support.

Information Sessions

To learn more about the service, you can attend a Converge International free information session throughout July:
