🏆 Iuliia Bulavko – Trainee
Iuliia (left) has been an absolute powerhouse on the ICT Service Desk at Endeavour Foundation with multiple positive shoutouts from managers. From making sure staff get their replacement hardware to coordinating equipment for new starters, she’s been a key player in keeping things running smoothly. She’s grown so much in confidence that she’s now training new trainees!
🏆 Noah Woolston – Apprentice and Caravan Fix – Host employer
Noah (right) has been a standout apprentice, bringing an impressive work ethic and a passion for learning to his new role. After switching from plastering to Recreational Vehicle Service and Repair, he quickly became an invaluable asset at Caravan Fix Kunda Park. His reliability and eagerness to learn have earned him glowing reviews from supervisors.
🏆 Matthew Romeo – Trainee
Matthew has been smashing it in his training, consistently going above and beyond expectations. His rapid progress and determination have made him a key team player, setting a great example for others. Keep it up, Matthew!
