Castle Hill Learning L&L recently braved the humid and rainy weather to enjoy a day of fun and adventure at Sydney Zoo for the final NDVR Social Saturday of 2024! With ponchos and umbrellas in hand, the group explored the zoo, embracing the rain with big smiles, lots of laughs and plenty of energy.
From camels and lions to fascinating reptiles, the group had a blast learning about the amazing animals that call Sydney Zoo home. The highlight of the day was without a doubt, the lions, who stole the show, becoming everyone’s favourite of the trip!
To mark the festive season, the team gathered for a big group photo under a towering Christmas tree – a perfect memory to wrap up 2024 the right way.
This exciting trip was the second outing for the newly formed Castle Hill L&L group. Their first adventure took them on a scenic road trip to the iconic Kiama Blowhole and Lighthouse, topped off with a delicious lunch at the Grand Kiama Hotel. Two trips down and many memories created!
With such a successful year behind them, the group is already looking forward to their next outing in 2025.
